Refund policy: 7-day money-back guarantee

If The Basement Audio Field Guide isn't useful to you, email [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund. You don't need to give a reason or send anything back.

Please include the email address you used to buy, or your Gumroad receipt, so we can find your order. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Gumroad.

Charged twice by mistake, or a file that won't download or open? Email us at any time, even after 7 days, and we'll fix it or refund the extra charge.

The prices in the book are a dated record of real US sales from July 14 to October 25, 2026. They are not appraisals or a guarantee of what any item will sell for. This guarantee covers the book itself, not the result of a sale.

Delivery

Everything is digital, and nothing ships. After checkout you can download six files:

The Basement Audio Field Guide, EPUB edition (for ebook apps)
Printable Worksheets (PDF, 10 sheets)
Price Lookup (spreadsheet, .xlsx)
Estate Inventory Tracker (spreadsheet, .xlsx)

Payment and delivery are handled by Gumroad. Gumroad emails you a receipt with a link to your download page, and your purchase stays in your Gumroad library under the email address you used. The price is $29.99, a one-time payment with no subscription. Any sales tax or VAT is calculated by Gumroad at checkout.

Privacy

This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it has no forms that collect your information. Its fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives the standard information your browser sends when it requests a file.

When you buy, checkout happens on Gumroad, and your payment details go to Gumroad and its payment processors, not to us. Gumroad shares order details with sellers, such as your email address and what you bought. We use them only to deliver your purchase, answer your questions and handle refunds, and we don't sell or share them. Gumroad's own handling of your data is described in the Gumroad privacy policy.

To ask about or remove your order details, email [email protected].

Terms of use

Your purchase gives you a personal license to use the six files. You may keep copies on your own devices and print the worksheets, the quick-start sheet and any pages as often as you need for your own use, including sharing the Inventory Tracker with family members working on the same estate. Please don't resell, republish or share the files publicly.
